Delete your RallySpace account

Effective date: 30 October 2026

RallySpace is operated by SIDDLAB. You can delete your RallySpace account, and the information attached to it, at any time.

In the app

1. Open RallySpace and sign in.
2. Open the menu and tap your name at the top to open your profile.
3. Tap Delete account, and confirm.

Your account is deleted straight away, and we email you to confirm it.

If you are the Owner of a club, the app first asks you to hand the club to another member or delete it, because every club needs an owner. If you are checked in to an event that is running, finish or leave it first.

Without the app

Email [email protected] from the address you signed up with (if you sign in with Google, your Google account's address), asking us to delete your account. We confirm by reply and delete it within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your account: your email address and password, or, if you sign in with Google, what Google sent us (your Google account's identifier, name, email address and picture link).
• Your profile: username, full name, photo, gender, bio, country and city.
• Your roles: you stop being an Admin or Member of every club.

What is kept

• Matches you played, because they are part of the other players' and the club's records. Your name on them is replaced with "Former member", and they are no longer linked to you.
• Server logs, for a short period (typically no more than 30 days), for security.

Deleting your RallySpace account does not change your Google account. To remove RallySpace from it as well, open your Google Account → Security → Your connections to third-party apps and services.
